Shipping Policy

We do not provide a shipping service.

We recommend Sub60. They offer a fast and efficient turnaround. To get in touch book directly with them 04 587 9000. Be sure to let them know the name the order was booked under and the order number (i.e #10209).

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are completely unsatisfied with your order we are happy to refund the product. We would appreciate a detailed explanation with images to match. This is to allow our team to fully understand what went wrong so it doesn't happen again.

Order Collection

If you are unable to collect within the timeframe, all orders are taken to Kantis Dairy across the road from Tomboy. It is located next to Ortega Fish Shack
