We use rice flour for our gluten free cakes. As we are a fully operating bakery specialising in brioche and bread, we can only guarantee to the best of our abilities that the environment when we prepare our gluten free goods is gluten free. However there is always a small risk that there are flour particles in the air so this is just a note to say that we will do absolutely everything to ensure best practices for your gluten free cake.
