Sourdough Starter - Day Six

Add 100gm Flour and 100gm Water to your starter.

Coming gently, cover and set aside on the bench for tomorrow.


If you see liquid on the top or a faint yellow colour, its hungry.

The smell should be a bit rank like funky fruit. Thats a great sign, remember its naturally fermenting so its gonna be a bit funky until its balanced.
