Sourdough Banana Pancakes


1 egg

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp oil

1/2 c milk

100gm starter

100gm flour

1 tsp baking powder

Cinnamon

Banana


Combine wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and banana.


Heat a pan over a medium to low heat. Lightly oil.

Spoon pancakes in batches. Do a test pancake first to check the heat is right.


Store under a tea towel until they are all cooked.

Serve with maple syrup and butter.
