210 gm butter

210 gm sugar

3 bananas

3 eggs

150gm sourdough starter

210 gm flour

3 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 180degrees. Line a tray, cake or muffin tins.

Cream butter and sugar until creamy and thick.

Add bananas and mash. Add eggs and beat until combined

Stir through starter.

Add flour and Baking powder. Fold through.

Pour batter into lined tin.

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

For the frosting combine icing sugar, lemon juice and fresh passionfruit pulp. Drizzle over the top.
