2 tbsp neutral oil
1 heaped tbsp sugar
150 ml milk
1.5 c flour (maybe 2 if it’s too runny)
2 tsp baking powder
Whisk egg oil sugar and milk. Add flour and baking powder. Whisk until just combined.
Heat pan over medium to low. Lightly wipe with oil.
Spoon little blobs. Flip when you see bubbles. Keep warm under a tea towel. When ready to serve spread a little butter on each one and pour over maple syrup.
