I initially made these for a friend but they were so good I ate them all. No joke.
So delicious, so easy, so not healthy but so worth it.
These are best eaten after a 10 second nuke in the microwave.
230 g butter
1 c brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
11/2 c plain flour
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 c rolled oats
6 super peanut slabs or 9 peanut slabs
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating until just combined. Stir through vanilla.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the butter mixture and gently fold to combine.
Roll into tablespoon sized balls on a baking paper lined tray. Space them a few cm apart as they will spread a little.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until bottoms are just turning brown.
Allow to cool on a wire rack before storing.
Yeilds about 30 biscuits (give or take).
