Serve this as a side dish or it stands up as a meal on its own. Invest in good extra virgin olive oil, it will change your life.
4 c baby chard / silverbeet
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
1 tsp lemon zest
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper
Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the chard and cook for 4 minutes or until al dente.
Dress with lemon, oil and season to taste.
